Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, high-energy SaaS Marketer with 8+ years of extensive experience scaling SaaS and cybersecurity ventures. This critical leadership role demands a visionary strategist who is also hands-on, capable of architecting and executing a unified global growth strategy. You will spearhead global growth initiatives, accelerate customer acquisition, expand market reach, and drive significant revenue growth. You will craft and lead a sophisticated marketing engine that blends startup agility with rigorous performance marketing discipline, delivering scalable and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and execute an integrated global growth marketing strategy encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), strategic partnerships, and event marketing across multiple international markets.

  • Own full accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline generation and revenue attainment globally, managing CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and other critical funnel metrics to maximize ROI.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team including Content, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Growth Operations professionals.

  • Design and implement world-class demand generation and conversion optimization campaigns leveraging data analytics, rigorous A/B testing, marketing automation, and continuous experimentation.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging alignment, feedback integration, and seamless go-to-market (GTM) execution.

  • Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, reduce sales cycles, and reinforce product-market fit across diverse regional markets.

  • Drive brand positioning and establish category leadership for Infosec Ventures’ portfolio, especially flagship products like HumanFirewall.io.

  • Generate high-intent, qualified leads internationally using intent-based marketing campaigns and highly targeted outreach strategies.

  • Partner with Product teams to influence product roadmaps based on market intelligence, customer feedback, and regional nuances.

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage external agencies, technology vendors, and channel partners to scale and accelerate growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of leading growth marketing and GTM initiatives for SaaS and cybersecurity products, ideally guiding companies from startup phases to scale (50 to 1000+ employees).

  • Deep expertise in growth marketing methodologies, performance marketing channels, funnel analytics, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Mastery of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot; CRM systems including Salesforce, Zoho CRM, MS Dynamics; and analytics platforms for funnel and campaign performance measurement.

  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to set visionary growth plans and the tactical acumen to execute and deliver results promptly.

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent storytelling, brand positioning, and category leadership skills tailored for competitive B2B cybersecurity markets.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity domain trends, buyer personas, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
